Gather your family or friends together in this National Historic Registry home constructed in 1860. This stunning home has been lovingly restored and thoughtfully decorated with an envious collection of artwork by local favorites Kevin Paulsen and Kathleen Griffin. Create memorable meals in our well-appointed chef's kitchen that boasts ceiling height marble backsplash and countertops and AGA range. There is room for all at the dining room table under a stunning floral ceiling.
The first story of the house feels very grand with its tall ceilings and windows. A bay window in one of the sitting rooms makes a lovely place to curl up with a book.

Uptown Kingston has an extremely high walkability score and is easily accessed by public transportation. Trailways bus stop is only a few blocks away and Uber and Lyft make it affordable to arrive by train either into Poughkeepsie or Rhinecliff and navigate the rest of the city pr surrounding villages.
Having two working fireplaces and kiln dried wood made this house a home for our stay in Kingston, NY. It is within walking distance of shops and restaurants and just three minutes off the interstate. The well equipped kitchen was a plus for big family meals. Internet worked well and we did not miss not having TV. It can be a little noisy from the street traffic, but nothing too bad.
